Alex “Sandy” Pentland, a Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI (HAI) and the Toshiba Professor at MIT, is one of the most cited computational scientists in the world. He serves as an advisor to the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority Lab and has previously advised Google Advanced Technology, AT&T, and other organizations. He has also co-founded numerous companies focused on distributed technologies.
