Buchi Okoro is the co-founder and CEO of Quidax, Africa’s leading cryptocurrency exchange. He leads a team of more than 150 people who are passionate about building a platform that will connect every African to the rest of the world financially. Quidax is currently Africa’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, the first licensed exchange in Nigeria and on the path to becoming the first African-owned and run multi-country exchange.

As CEO of Quidax, he’s championing the vision of making sending crypto as easy as sending a text message across the globe. He's helped shape regulation across the African continent, acting as an adviser to regulators across Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya.

Besides being a CEO, he co-owns a flag football team, enjoys reading, playing padel, and spinning tracks as an amateur DJ.
