Cactus Raazi is CEO Americas at B2C2, a leading global market maker in digital assets offering institutional trading and structuring services. Previously, Cactus was US CEO at Amber Group, where he led Amber's revenue growth and regulatory engagement. Prior to Amber, Cactus held regional and global leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Nomura, and Tradeweb before founding and exiting a FinTech startup. Over the course of his three decades in business development across finance, technology, and digital assets, Cactus has established a strong record of commercial leadership, regulatory compliance, creativity, and mentorship. Cactus serves on the board of Kraus Motor Co., a manufacturer of performance parts for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Cactus is the also the author of Price, a data analytics best-seller about creating personalized pricing to maximize customer loyalty. Cactus holds B.A. degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara, and an M.S. degree in Business Analytics and AI from New York University.
