Cody Carbone is the CEO of The Digital Chamber, the world’s largest and most trusted trade association for the digital asset and blockchain industry. Representing more than 200 members, Cody leads the Chamber’s federal policy, education, and advocacy efforts, engaging directly with Congress, regulators, and the Trump administration to shape smart, innovation-forward digital asset policy.

The Chamber is the leading voice for the digital economy in Washington, driving legislation and regulatory clarity while fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors. Under Cody’s leadership, it has become the go-to resource for policymakers navigating the complex digital asset landscape.

Previously, Cody served as a senior policy advisor at Ernst & Young (EY), where he led federal engagement on financial services and technology issues. He also held legislative roles in both the U.S. House and Senate.

Cody earned his JD and MPA from Syracuse University and is admitted to the New York State Bar. He lives in Alexandria, VA.
