Don is also Managing Director at Quantstamp, the leading security firm in blockchain, which has secured over $200 billion in digital assets across major Layer 1s and DeFi protocols, serving over 1,100 customers. His experience bridges actuarial science, smart contract engineering, and financial product structuring—uniquely positioning him at the intersection of blockchain and traditional risk management. 

Don has advised banks, sovereign funds, and Fortune 500 companies on crypto infrastructure security and has been a key contributor to Ethereum ecosystem resilience initiatives. With a mission to eliminate uncertainty in staking economics, Don’s work empowers hedge funds, endowments, and large-scale staking providers to confidently participate in blockchain.
