Michelle is currently the Associate Vice President in the Trading & Markets Division at the Ontario Securities Commission. Michelle oversees the Markets Team, which is responsible for marketplace oversight, crypto trading platforms as well as dealer policy initiatives. Prior to joining the OSC, Michelle served as the Vice President and Corporate Secretary at the Investment Industry Association of Canada for over 15 years. Michelle holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1997.
