Natalia serves as a Decentralization Coordinator at Metis, a multi-network ecosystem redefining decentralized infrastructure with scalable, AI-optimized Layer 2 solutions for Web3, AI, and beyond.
She co-founded CryptoChicks, a global non-profit dedicated to education in blockchain, AI, and business, with members, events, and chapters worldwide.
Previously she held multiple positions as a Senior Finance Executive in a diverse set of industries. Her areas of expertise include strategic financial planning, investment evaluation, decision support, and change management.
Natalia holds Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration as well as CPA accounting designation.
