Neil is the founder and CEO of Andrena, an Internet service provider that offers low-cost Internet via wireless technology to over 10,000 residents in the U.S.

Prior to founding Andrena, Neil was the vice president of engineering at healthcare startup Dentboard, after studying electrical engineering at Princeton University.

Andrena is the powerhouse behind DAWN, the protocol for providing decentralized broadband. DAWN aims to disrupt the current state of Internet infrastructure by dramatically reducing Internet costs for consumers while empowering households to become part of the network and share their excess Internet.
