Oli Harris

Oli Harris is the Founder & CEO of Arda, the universal operating system for real estate, making assets programmable, unlocking liquidity, and enabling seamless interoperability for institutions, governments, and enterprises.

A leader in financial markets and emerging technology, Oli has 15+ years of global experience across the U.S., UK, EU, Middle East, and Asia. He has served on the boards of Anchorage Digital, BitGo, Blockdaemon, TRM Labs, and One Trading, advising on regulatory strategy, governance, and institutional adoption.

Previously, he was Managing Director, Head of Digital Assets Americas at Goldman Sachs, leading crypto and blockchain initiatives. At JPMorganChase, he led Crypto and Quorum, drove digital strategy for the Corporate & Investment Bank, and helped launch the International Consumer Bank, starting with Chase UK.

A Cambridge University graduate, he has advised the World Economic Forum and the Office of Tony Blair. Originally from the UK, he now lives in Brooklyn with his family and Australian Shepherd.
