Raagulan Pathy, known as the ""Stablecoin Guy,"" is a prominent figure in finance and crypto. He is the Co-Founder of KAST, a neobank-like platform backed by stablecoins, and Founder & CIO of JaffCap, a liquid crypto hedge fund.

KAST enables seamless global banking, allowing users in 150+ countries to spend stablecoins like USDC and USDT via a Visa-accepted card. The platform recently introduced on/off ramps for USD and Euro, with 50+ more currencies coming soon.

Previously, Raagulan established Circle (USDC) in Asia Pacific as VP & CEO for Singapore. He also led the Asia businesses for Zoom, Facebook, and AWS, following a decade in banking technology and co-founding the cloud company Lazu.
