Randy Osei is a sports and technology executive with over 13 years of experience transforming how athletes prepare for life beyond sport. As Founder and CEO of Athlete Technology Group, he builds platforms that blend AI, education, and brand partnerships to unlock new opportunities for student-athletes in the NIL era.

A former athlete and NBA player manager, Randy launched Training Ground, an AI-powered microlearning platform used by leading institutions like McMaster University and San Diego State. Under his leadership, ATG has delivered 300+ development programs, supported 100+ NIL deals, and earned recognition as Canada’s 2023 EdTech Startup of the Year.
