Samir (Sam) Tabar is the CEO of Bit Digital (NASDAQ: BTBT), a global platform for high-performance computing infrastructure and digital asset production. The company’s HPC business operates under the WhiteFiber brand. Prior to joining Bit Digital, Sam was co-founder of Fluidity, a FinTech company that built successful blockchain products, including the popular decentralized exchange AirSwap, which was acquired by Ethereum software developer ConsenSys. Before that, he served as Head of Capital Strategy for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He began his career as an attorney at Skadden Arps and graduated from Columbia Law School and Oxford University. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
