Susan Lively is Senior Vice President, ETF Counsel at Grayscale, where she provides legal guidance on all aspects of the firm’s ETF operations, including product development and regulatory compliance. Susan joined Grayscale from Global X, where she was General Counsel. Prior to Global X, Susan worked as an attorney at Sidley Austin, Lord Abbett, Legg Mason and Franklin Templeton. She earned her BA in English from College of the Holy Cross.
