Vardan Khachatryan is the Chief Legal Officer and a Board Member at Fastex and Fast Shift, where he leads global legal, compliance, and regulatory strategy across the group’s fintech and digital asset businesses. Before joining Fastex, Vardan was a Founding Partner at Catalysts.Law, advising clients on venture capital, blockchain, and financial regulation. Vardan is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the American University of Armenia, where he teaches graduate courses on blockchain law, venture capital, and the legal profession. He is admitted to practice in New York and holds a law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law.
