We are committed to creating a society where Black Youth achieve social advancement, financial prosperity, and a high quality of life for themselves and their families.

Since inception, CEE’s ground-breaking programs have helped over 1500 Black Youth (and counting) gain specialized workforce development in Finance, Social Services, Trades, Entertainment, Hospitality, and Tech. In fact, CEE is the leading organization dedicated to the skills-based workforce development of Black Youth in these 6 industries facing labor gaps across Canada.
We care, and so we use a holistic, strengths based, culturally responsive, and trauma informed approach to centre each young person uniquely as their own person. This deeply enriches the CEE experience and the skills, social and psychological development journeys of our members.
